Our Two-day Organisational Wellbeing Workshops are developed to help business managers, human resource, occupational health and safety, workers compensation and return to work managers understand how to build and maintain healthy workplaces and psychologically strong employees.
These workshops are also registered with NIBA and provide 10 CDP for insurance brokers who are interested in supporting their clients in area or organizational risk management and wellbeing.
Developed by Dr Russ Harris and Dr Natasha Lazareski and delivered in a relaxed, fun and interactive manner by Dr Lazareski, this workshop provides participants with a greater understanding of psychosocial risks in the workplace, psychological resilience and how it affects engagement and organisational culture.
